We know sugar can cause weight gain and is therefore very harmful. Fruits and veggies, however, are good for us since they have essential vitamins and mineral that our bodies require.

Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. Exercise makes us happy. There are many types of exercise that we can do. Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Yoga is another great way to build strength. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.

Finally, we talked about sleep. Sleep is one of the most important things that we do every day. Insufficient sleep can cause fatigue and stress. This can lead us to many problems such as anxiety, back pains, depression, heart disease or diabetes, and even obesity. It is essential that we get sufficient sleep in order to keep our health good.
