In order to achieve this we had to find out what exactly is good for our bodies. We looked at many ways that people attempt to improve their health. We finally came up with some tips to help us be happier and healthier.

We started by looking at different kinds of food. Some foods are unhealthy and others are healthy. We now know that sugar can be dangerous because it can cause weight gain. Fruits and vegetables, on the other hand are healthy because they are rich in vitamins and minerals that are vital for our bodies.

Next, we looked at exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. Exercise also makes us happier. There are many different exercises we can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. Insufficient sleep can cause fatigue and stress. This can lead to issues such as back pain, depression and heart disease. It is essential that we get sufficient sleep in order to keep our health good.
